Native to tropical regions, it thrives in warm, humid environments and makes a bold statement in both indoor and outdoor gardens.

Why It’s Special?

What makes **Hoh Edmundii 'Black'** so special is its rare coloration, as most bromeliads are known for bright greens or vibrant flowers. Its deep, almost black foliage gives it an exotic and sophisticated appeal, making it a highly sought-after addition to any collector’s display. It also produces a stunning bloom, adding even more interest to its already striking appearance.

Plant Care Instructions:

**Light** – Prefers bright, indirect light or filtered sunlight. Too much direct sun can scorch the leaves, while too little can fade their rich color.

**Watering** – Keep the central cup (tank) filled with clean, filtered water and refresh it regularly. Water the soil sparingly, allowing it to dry slightly between watering.

**Humidity** – Thrives in high humidity. If grown indoors, occasional misting or a nearby humidity tray can help maintain moisture levels.

**Temperature** – Ideal temperatures range between 65°F-80°F (18°C-27°C). Protect from cold drafts and frost.

**Soil** – Use a well-draining, airy mix like orchid bark or bromeliad potting mix to prevent root rot.

**Fertilization** – Feed monthly during the growing season with a diluted liquid fertilizer applied to the leaves or central cup. Avoid strong fertilizers that can burn the foliage.

With its rich, dark hues and exotic charm, **Bromeliad Hoh Edmundii 'Black'** is a rare gem that adds depth, contrast, and sophistication to any plant collection!
